Overwhelmed

    That first meeting is surreal. I do think each subsequent get together is easier. When I visited my n brother last month, it was easy. It just felt "normal". Whatever that is, lol.

    I agree ~ the first meeting with my son was so surreal, so... overwhelming. When he visited last month (our second time seeing each other in person) it was much more natural, and yes, it felt "normal" as Linda said ~ whatever that is!

    Keep rolling with it, and remember to breathe. Because sometimes that's all you can do...
