Truth Challenge: Day 30

Day 30: A letter to yourself: tell yourself EVERYTHING you love about yourself.

Dear Jenn,

You are an amazing person. Don’t let anyone try to tell you differently. You deserve the world and you deserve to be treated the way you treat others.

You haven’t always had it easy, but you’ve managed to come out somewhat intact. You persevered, made some hard decisions, and did so with grace. You constantly put others first and try to help them work through their own issues before dealing with yours. You are a great listener and a good friend. You truly care about others, something that will help you in life.

You love to laugh and laugh often. It’s a great quality. You smile when you walk by others. It might make a difference in someone’s day. You have a strong handshake, a confident air, and a friendly personality. It will take you far in life.

You have a wonderful family and a great group of friends. They are a part of you and a great part of who you are.

You are a strong, independent young woman with a whole future ahead of you. You have a good head on your shoulders and you know how to use it. You are going to do just fine.
