Day 15: Something or someone you couldn’t live without, because you’ve tried living without it.
This one is easy! I can’t live without Chocolate. I’ve tired. Being the good Catholic girl that I am, I once tried giving up this tasty treat for all 40 days of Lent. That meant no chocolate milk, no Oreos, no M&Ms, no Hersey bars, no chocolate pudding, no chocolate anything. I am proud to say that I did manage to do it for 40 days and I didn’t cheat, BUT I don’t think I could ever do it again.
I’m sure some of you are wondering why I don’t have something more meaningful. I’ll tell you why. Chocolate is yummy. It tastes good! I used to hate it, but now I can’t live without it. No matter how bad my day is, I always have chocolate waiting for me at home. When the first taste hits my tongue, all my other worries disappear. I can forget about life for a while and just enjoy eating my chocolate. I don’t care that it’s not good for me, I don’t care that there are better things, and I don’t care that people will probably take this more seriously.
I need my chocolate. End of story.
