    You have every right to be angry. Adoptees are so often put in the position of the parent/healer...even at the very beginning. We were adopted (in most cases) to heal our ap's infertility....and it's not fair.

    Shame on your F Mother for behaving this way. She is not only hurting ALL of her children, she is hurting herself, and her marriage.

    Im sorry you are in this position. It's not your job to make it all better. It's her job to be an adult....and she is failing.

    I hope your mom is able to get her sh!t together soon, to face her demons and deal with them, because she is hurting all her children and her marriage as well as herself.

    Thanks. I've had so many people tell me that I was overreacting and that I needed to understand her point of view, so it's nice to have people be on my side :-)
